Tired of hearing “just manifest it” without a single step you can use? We break down manifestation as a practical loop—set your state, aim your attention, take aligned action—and show how emotion and energy shape what you notice, choose, and ultimately create. No magic spells, no vague platitudes, just the mindset and nervous system tools that make better outcomes more likely.

We start with a clear definition: manifestation is creation through intention. From there, we unpack the role of vibration in plain language—how low states like anger and shame narrow your world, and how higher states like curiosity and gratitude reopen it. Think of your mood as a broadcast signal that pulls matching experiences into view, not by bending the universe, but by changing your perception, behavior, and opportunities. We also challenge the “outcome-only” trap around wealth or weight loss and push for systems that support sustainable change: better sleep, consistent movement, stabilizing nutrition, and relationships that reinforce your signal.

You’ll get actionable tools you can use today: a short state-reset protocol using slow exhale breathing, posture, and emotion labeling; simple practices like journaling, walking, and cold exposure; and a one-sentence identity statement to align tiny actions with who you’re becoming. We share why timing matters—don’t set goals while flooded—and how reflection can outperform resolutions by making your progress visible and fueling momentum. Along the way, we trade stories about tech hiccups, real-life frustration, and the choice to show up anyway, because that’s where the work happens.

If you’re ready to tune your frequency without the fluff, press play, try one practice, and tell us what changed. Subscribe for more straight-talk tools, share this with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a review with the one habit you’re committing to this week.

SPEAKER_02:

Hello and welcome to Clean Your Fucking House, bitch, with Nancy, Kevin, and Lou. In our program, we get real about the challenges of life and living. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have to ensure you are on your desired path for success and satisfaction. Yet, from the day you are born, you gradually and subconsciously fill it with tons of useless shit that gets in your way. Why is that? How can you clean that mess up? We'll show you how. Get ready to clean your fucking house.

SPEAKER_03:

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Clean Your Fucking House, bitch. I think I heard Nancy just chiming in. Yeah, house, bitch. She's ready to do some cleaning. Alright. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. Today we are all about manifestation. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of manifestation, do a quick lookup, a little bit of searching, maybe some artificial intelligencing. If that's a word. Check it out. Ran across an interesting article recently that talked about manifestation. Much of it as I understood it to be was a bit more psychological in nature. However, this article discussed some aspects of manifestation that, in the author's opinion, are rooted in a bit of physicalness, if that's a word, also where there's energy and feels and frequency, and a lot of words that I know Kevin is very familiar with. And with that said, I'm gonna open it up to both of you because that's about as far as I can go with that. I know this is uh certainly a topic that is is top of mind or otherwise um interesting and something that we've all come across in the past, but I think Kevin has a much probably deeper level of understanding and knowledge than I do. So as we were preparing for today's episode, we're pretty much discussing this and thought it might be something interesting to talk about. So you know what, with that said, Kevin, what are your thoughts?

SPEAKER_00:

Lou just manifested me to talk. I mean, multiple things come to mind. So manifestation, I guess, to me, it's like creating, right? It's all about creation. And I think more at the surface level, it's like just having a shift in mindset or looking through a different lens or focusing on something specific, I think will bring about more awareness to certain things in life. So even beyond the I don't even know if it's considered like woo-woo type of shit anymore with all the scientific data now, but at the surface, I think just focusing on what you want and operating with intention in life can have a dramatic impact. And then getting more into like the metaphysical uh Lou, I think you're the thing you sent said like quantum manifestation. Um you know, to me that's more about focusing on like vibration, right? So the three of us have talked about emotion and how different emotions vibrate at different levels, and the emotions we would label as negative are low vibration, like can actually be tested, and then the good emotions vibrate at a higher level. When you look at the quantum level, when you look at particles, you look at sound, everything is vibration, like everything has movement, everything vibrates, and so manifestation is to me aligning yourself in the vibration to attract things of that vibration that you want. I think manifestation gets tossed around a lot with the idea of wealth, like currency, physic physical wealth, you know, not having to live paycheck to paycheck, but it's all encompassing, just like how if you're trying to lose fat, like you're trying to get in shape, you can't just target fat loss, like it comes by way of habit change, like the only way it's sustainable is changing your habits, and it's it's a balance in all areas of life that go into it. And manifestation to me, it's like the same thing. You know, I don't think that most can just focus on one thing without impacting other areas of life, like the wheel of balance, right? Long winded, long-winded answer. So, what do you guys what do you guys think?

SPEAKER_01:

Well, the irony of it all is yes, we're talking about this idea of quantum manifestation, right? That our energy isn't static, it's a vibrating field and it evolves. But the energy that we bring with us can impact our mood or impact the room. And it comes back to choice, right? And choosing the energy that we want to portray because that will impact how we feel. I think what's amazing to me today, and I'm gonna share a little behind the scenes of before we got started. This just wasn't an easy start for us today. We were delayed between the three of us and then unsure of availability and who's coming and what time are we starting, and are we gonna do it? And then there were technical issues getting online. So it was like WTF is happening here. Do we really want to do this shit? You know, it was like, ugh. But what's awesome here is that again, this idea of choosing the way that we want to move through this vibrating field of energy. Both or all three of us did that and brought like I feel good. Um, five minutes ago, I might have been like WTF, what are we doing here? Right now, just having the three of us be available to talk brings this inner calm and value of the time that we're spending. And so this energy that we have is not static. So acknowledging our emotions and then freeing ourselves to move through them if they're not good or build on them if they are. I guess that's what comes to mind for me, long-winded.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, you know what? Something tells me many of our responses may be somewhat long-winded only because we're it's it in terms of the way the author presented his viewpoint on manifestation, it's at least for me, a new but very interesting way to look at it. And it's just um not that it's got us tongue-tied per se, but it it certainly uh some of it is even a verification of some of our own beliefs. For example, Kevin uh you know frequently brings up the concepts of frequency and vibration, how those are important, how they affect our lives, how they can be used to affect change, and liter literally even what he shared uh just a little while ago, how when it aligns with what we see, things will happen. As I was reading the article, a particular paragraph or an item stood out to me and gave me an uh a much better visual of the whole thing, in that uh you ever see those TV programs or or uh videos where they have a camera that starts out and it zooms in, zooms in, zooms in to like an atomic level of something, you know, a science class or something like that, it's just showing you information at like a subatomic or atomic level, and the camera will start, like say, with a picture of a human, then it zooms in all the way in, and then you see skin, skin cells and skin molecules and all that, and just keeps getting tinier and tinier. Well, the way the article is describing is nothing in this world is solid. Now, of course, we have it we have a definition of solid, but nothing is solid, and that when you do that zooming in exercise and go all the way down to that minute level, it is pure energy. And I believe that certainly blows apart a lot of the theory from years past when it comes to atoms and things like that. And I it's still easier to learn and understand the concept of atoms when you think about a neutron and electrons floating around it and stuff like that. But the way the article read is like, you know what, when you get all the way to that tiniest of microscopic levels, it's just energy. There's no solid, but of course, when you zoom out, it looks solid because it's so microscopic and densely packed that it it c it comes off as solid. I'm like, so when we think about it, there is no solid. I thought that was just so amazing.

SPEAKER_01:

And you can change it. I guess in my mind, that solid also could be a constant, right? There is no constant, and I'm just thinking of water, and sometimes water stands still, sometimes it flows, sometimes it boils when we can make it boil, and sometimes it freezes. And each of these states are not permanent. But yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

And then as he shared, when you purposefully change how your energy flows, how you use it, how it can be used to attract what you desire, things like that. It moves from a place of for me, psychology, mindset, like voodoo science kind of thing, over to something a lot more tangible and understandable and and quite often and quite frankly for me, more scientific-based or evidence-based, which I think appeals to a lot of the naysayers.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, I think it appeals to you, actually. I like hearing you say it because it's it's a formula-based idea that gives more permission to people to accept that things can shift and change and we can impact them with our own energy.

SPEAKER_03:

And I think even the word attract was used. So by emitting a certain frequency that is tuned or dialed to what we desire, it will naturally attract that that thing. So when we're angry and upset or a negative emotion, more often than not, it it that would attract more negativity.

SPEAKER_00:

What are your guys' thoughts on getting to that place? Because I think back on different times in my life, and it's hard to just get there, I feel like. That starts with the with the mind. So what what are your guys' thoughts on like practical use cases? Like, how can you get to that that headspace?

SPEAKER_01:

It's a daily choice. I mean, when you say getting to that place, I like the idea of getting to the headspace better because we're not in the same mood.

SPEAKER_00:

Um or like it's not a destination, it's it's a constant.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, you can't get to a place, and it's not constant, but you can choose to be driving towards that, you know.

SPEAKER_03:

The journey.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. So I can choose to be in a good mood even when things aren't working, right? You can say, I'm not gonna let that shit drag me down.

SPEAKER_00:

And and just to clarify on that, that doesn't mean that you're not impacted or you're vibing as high as you would had some external thing not happen. Yeah. But it's the choice to be present and respond a certain way. And so if you're reacting with anger, and that's my that was my thing, right? So that hits home for me. But if I'm reacting with anger, maybe I choose to respond with some level of calmness. You know, maybe I choose to take a walk or distance myself from a situation, or but like that's an improvement to me than then reacting with with anger about something that I probably don't have control over.

SPEAKER_01:

Totally. Good good perspective. It's a nice realistic daily thing as an idea on how one can in the moment find that place.

SPEAKER_00:

So maybe that would be like a good practical step is if you I guess number one is the the introspection, right? Or the self-awareness. And just develop the the understanding and relationship with yourself of how you operate, like what your standard is. And then just try to have the awareness about it. Like, what am I doing? How am I behaving? What am I thinking? What am I feeling that is undesirable? And then when those moments present themselves where you might react in a certain way, try to like for me, it goes back to to breath, right? We all breathe. It's that is a constant for the living, right?

SPEAKER_01:

Try to constant inconsistent, though, because it isn't at the same pace all the time.

SPEAKER_00:

Sure, okay, cool. But tune into that, maybe like see if you can could can try to control that, like slow the breathing down, tap into parasympathetic nervous system, get out of that fight or flight. Yeah, right. And even if you do it once, that's an improvement. Now you're now you're operating and moving with intention, you're choosing, you know, versus everything being chosen for you.

SPEAKER_01:

Agreed. Um like that's for anxiety, the evidence-based guidance is to take a step back, which is what Kevin kind of just said, you know, like give yourself a minute to reflect on where am I at and why am I there, and then choose. And that awareness allows you to make the choice, and the choice allows you to figure out what the next step is. And it could be a tiny step, it can just be looking in a different direction, still sitting in the same space.

SPEAKER_00:

Another idea is to find the things in life that really resonate with you, and you can lean on those. I like to consider them practices because I feel like many of the things that we might do, whether it's journaling, poetry, meditation, cold water therapy, whatever it is, to me it it becomes a practice and something that you you kind of almost crave because it puts you in a really good place and it elevates you. You can always lean on those things, but they're not they're not quick fixes at all. You can't just, to me, you can't just not be doing them consistently and then expect it to change things when you're in a in a bad place. I think it has to be something that you incorporate some with some consistency so that you're continuously elevating yourself, and then something happens, you can choose to lean into that thing for that time until you get to a more grounded place. At least that's how it's worked for me. I've I've thought back on how life has changed so dramatically for me, and a lot of what we're talking about is part of it. A lot of um leaning into challenges versus trying to avoid them has been very helpful. You know, I think the more we can challenge ourselves, even if it's like, holy fuck, why did I do this or why did I choose this? Um you you get to understand that after a thousand, ten thousand, a hundred thousand challenges that you overcome and things are okay, the next thing that comes up, the next obstacle, challenge, bottleneck, it's just another thing that you know you'll be able to conquer because you have confidence in yourself, because you you stopped shying away from the hard things. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

And it's and it's certainly one of those things, as as you mentioned a few times, Kevin, is prepare yourself or otherwise ensure you're in a certain place, quote unquote, when you begin that journey. In other words, don't begin it with anger or sadness or or anything that is more like an energy sucker than a positive energy inviter. Um, and it because it it feels like something like that would be a misalignment of vibrations and frequencies and whatnot. And that's a really that it would necessarily repel, but it certainly may slow the process or otherwise discourage us.

SPEAKER_00:

I never really thought of it like that. That's kind of eye-opening for me. And what was coming to mind as you were going through that was like um I just totally lost my train of thought. I had so many things I wanted to get out of my brain, I couldn't talk fast enough.

SPEAKER_01:

I like Lou's terminology today, energy sucker and oh, that's what I was gonna say.

SPEAKER_00:

Is like before making big decisions, like getting yourself to a place where you can trust that you're making the right call. But then Lou, you're talking about like being in an angry place. I never equated that to manifestation and how obvious it sounds now that if we're making choices when we're in one of those emotional states, like of course we would attract more of that.

SPEAKER_03:

That was the eye-opener for me too. When I was reading about this, I was like, oh my goodness, of course it makes like so much sense.

SPEAKER_00:

Um, completely lost my brain for a minute there.

SPEAKER_03:

Well, you know what, and again, it validates so many things that I know I have come across, heard about, read about, learned about in practice and in life, but never really with my kind of I need the evidence part of me, could never make a a concrete connection. And with this article, the lead to uh was it quantum quantum manifestation? Quantum manifestation, like, oh my goodness, there's like a scientific connection there. And the whole aspect of I I'm sure you've heard both of you have heard this from an early age. It's uh one there's one particular cliche, kill them with kindness, or love conquers all, you know, there's a lack. of phrases and cliches and and things that we read about that are how to it affect change, make progress, improve ourselves, improve others around us through positive approaches and and they didn't come from nowhere. Yeah, yeah. It's just fascinating to me. I always thought much of that was not that it was bullshit, but that it was just oh yeah, whatever, you know. Um but it it certainly makes sense that you could probably make a lot more progress with the kind of change you want in a carrot method versus a beat the shit out of yourself or someone else method.

SPEAKER_01:

Agreed.

SPEAKER_00:

You know what I would like to say before we wrap things up um with the end of the year coming up and you know talk about New Year's resolutions. Um we never we never do it right because it's like it's bullshit. It doesn't need to be like that. But one one thing I have practiced that I do find value in is reflection. And oftentimes we overlook how much we have accomplished because it might feel like nothing's changed but and it doesn't have to be at the end of the year it just has been for me a practice I've done the past few years. But just reflecting on how I've done what what's changed what's what feels different like whatever comes out that has been an eye-opening practice because sometimes it feels like you're just cycling but if you are living with intention there's gonna be so many things that you can celebrate for yourself. And there is no to me there's no bigger motivator to continue on that path on that journey of personal development and growth than being able to celebrate your accomplishments. So for anyone listening like give yourself some space half hour hour jot some things down do a voice memo record your whatever you want to do try to get some of those thoughts out and try to celebrate yourself because I promise there are things for all of us uh all of you listening there's gonna be a a lot of things that you you've done this year and so job well done keep kicking ass out there I agree you know what and as an analogy or otherwise another example of that is this is also the time of year-end reviews um I am not aware of any company in the fucking United States that doesn't have some kind of performance review process.

SPEAKER_03:

I mean everyone goes through it and more often than not when I do my own I'm like I don't know what the hell I did that you know you you're good it's like oh I don't want to do this but you know you got to do it. You start doing you go oh wow I did that oh yes I remember I did that I went to how many meetings it's amazing my how long my list was like wow I you know I did do a lot more than I realized. And you know what every time I go through that exercise it ends on a much better note than when I started and I and I'm thinking oh my goodness this to me just is another example of starting off with a much better mindset than this thinking of it as a tedious thing and how it's not going to help me and then realizing wow I actually was a lot more productive and and accomplished a lot more than I realized and it's on a happy note.

SPEAKER_00:

That another eye-opening thing Lou you're even though you're having these technical difficulties like you were coming with the heat today I was just thinking about like what a good what a great concept because at work especially I feel like in corporate America it's like head down endless tasks and to-dos and action items and rocks and there's sometimes not space for celebration or acknowledgement and so that that is a really good call out and maybe that is a signal that maybe we need to be able to take a step back and celebrate these things once in a while. Again talk about motivation like what better motivator than holy shit I have been a fucking rock star. I have killed it this year.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes I completely agree and as Kevin pointed out I had a couple little technical glitches so I'm not in my normal working space as I am uh I guess conducting this podcast with my colleagues here. With that said Nancy or Kevin do you by chance have a reference to the author of that article that we can share with folks or I can't recall if it's well I don't know about the author but it's associated with an app called Spirio and Spirio if you choose to join it is an app where you can um check your energy levels track and monitor your energy levels and then find ways to work through whatever energy you're portraying at the time.

SPEAKER_01:

So there is an app called Spirio which allows one to monitor what level they're vibrating.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay sorry I didn't realize it was a marketing ad um I was thinking about some of the concepts yeah I'm not looking up promoting particular on quantum manifestation might be the way to get a whole host of articles and things on that blue doing brand deals is that what's happening brand deals yeah I know it's all like well you know what maybe in the future Spirio could be a guest on our show I mean I think the concept manifested yeah and the concept was well worth it's something we talk about all the time and really choosing energy that you want to portray and recognizing um that it's not constant and you can impact your own space and the space of others around you.

SPEAKER_01:

So it was well worth it Lou thanks for sharing it.

SPEAKER_03:

Awesome. Oh yeah I really enjoyed it it was a very interesting and engaging topic. So wow with that said I don't think we can end on a much better note than what Kevin already shared is that what a great way to end the year is is do a little bit of reflection. Congratulate and celebrate your wins your ta's look forward to the new year. Think of it though as not necessarily a starting point simply a continuation and if you are looking to lose weight or do anything in particular no need to wait until January 1st start all that stuff now simply begin your manifestation exercise and happy holidays to everyone hope you all have a great holiday season and a happy new year. Not sure where we'll be in the next few weeks as that's where we're at in in our calendar but may have one or two more you never know. If not we will see you in 2026. Bye for now
